CHAP. 886.— An Act Granting a pension to Walter Gardner. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 14305](/us/bill/58/hr/14305).][[Private, No. 780](/us/pvtl/58/780).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Walter Gardner.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Walter Gardner, late of Battery I, Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1905.
