CHAP. 871.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Michael Kelly, alias Patrick Kelly. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 13330](/us/bill/58/hr/13330).][[Private, No. 765](/us/pvtl/58/765).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Michael Kelly, alias Patrick Kelly.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Michael Kelly, alias Patrick Kelly, late of the U.
S. S. Tacony, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1905.
