CHAP. 869.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to William Starks. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 13260](/us/bill/58/hr/13260).][[Private, No. 763](/us/pvtl/58/763).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William Starks.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1891laws, the name of William Starks, late of Company I, Twenty-second Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
