CHAP. 861.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act to authorize the construction of a bridge across the Monongahela River, in the State of Pennsylvania, by the Eastern Railroad Company.” April 5, 1904. [[H. R. 8889](/us/bill/58/hr/8889).] [[Public, No. 83](/us/pl/58/83).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That section four of an Act Monongahela River, Pa. Time extended for bridging, by Eastern Railroad Company.
Vol. 32, p. 840, amended. approved February eighteenth, nineteen hundred and three, entitled “An Act to authorize the construction of a bridge across the Monongahela River, in the State of Pennsylvania, by the Eastern Railroad Company,” be, and the same is hereby, amended so as to read as follows: " “Sec. 4. That this Act shall be null and void if actual construction Time of construction. of the bridge herein authorized be not commenced within one year and completed within two years from February eighteenth, nineteen hundred and four.
