CHAP. 85.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary E. Cutts. January 30, 1904.[[S. 1826](/us/bill/58/s/1826).][[Private, No. 74](/us/pvtl/58/74).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theMary E. Cutts.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary E.
Cutts, widow of James Madison Cutts, late Captain Company F, First Battalion, Eleventh Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said James Madison Cutts until they reach the age of sixteen years. Approved, January 30, 1904.
