CHAP. 845.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Frances E. Rex. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 11465](/us/bill/58/hr/11465).][[Private, No. 739](/us/pvtl/58/739).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Frances E. Rex.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frances E.
Rex, widow of Thomas H. Rex, late of Company E, Sixtieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1905.
