CHAP. 839.— An Act For the relief of Kirby Thomas. March 25, 1904.[[H. R. 10058](/us/bill/58/hr/10058).][[Private, No. 768](/us/pvtl/58/768).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Postmaster-General Kirby Thomas.Credit in accounts.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to allow on the accounts of Kirby Thomas, postmaster at Superior, Wisconsin, a credit of thirteen thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven dollars and thirty- six cents, for postal funds derived from box rents and postage stamps, or their equivalent in money, stolen from said post-office by burglars on the night of October twentieth, nineteen hundred and three.
