CHAP. 834.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Margaret B. Rapp. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 10626](/us/bill/58/hr/10626).][[Private, No. 728](/us/pvtl/58/728).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Margaret B. Rapp.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret B.
Rapp, widow of John C. Rapp, late of Company F, Fourth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of *Provisos*.Increase to cease on death of child.Mary C. Rapp, helpless and dependent child of said John C. Rapp, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And provided further*, That in the event of the death of Margaret B.
Rapp, Pension to child on death of mother.the name of said Mary C. Rapp shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Margaret B. Rapp. Approved, February 25, 1905.
