CHAP. 828.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Joshua Harlan. March 24, 1904.[[H. R. 5865](/us/bill/58/hr/5865).][[Private, No. 760](/us/pvtl/58/760).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Joshua Harlan.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joshua Harlan, late of Company I, Fifth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 24, 1904.
