CHAP. 823.— An Act Granting a pension to Rosa Miller. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 9410](/us/bill/58/hr/9410).][[Private, No. 717](/us/pvtl/58/717).] *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Rosa Miller.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rosa Miller, widow of Michael Miller, late of Company H, Fourth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1905.
