CHAP. 813.— An Act Granting a pension to James Henry Martineau. March 22, 1904.[[S. 3860](/us/bill/58/s/3860).][[Private, No. 748](/us/pvtl/58/748).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJames Henry Martineau.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Henry Martineau, late recruit, general service, United States Army, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 22, 1904.
