CHAP. 803.— An Act Correcting the record of Harris Graffen. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 659](/us/bill/58/hr/659).][[Private, No. 697](/us/pvtl/58/697).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Harris Graffen.Military record corrected. That Harris Graffen shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a second lieutenant of the Sixth Regiment Pennsylvania Cavalry Volunteers on the eighteenth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and that the charge of desertion standing against him upon the records of said regiment shall hereafter be held and considered to be erroneous and without *Proviso*.No pay, etc.effect: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
