CHAP. 802.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Joseph W. Butz. March 22, 1904.[[S. 3523](/us/bill/58/s/3523).][[Private, No. 737](/us/pvtl/58/737).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJoseph W. Butz.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph W.
Butz, late of Company E, Sixty-first Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 22, 1904.
