CHAP. 801.— An Act For the relief of Charles Stierlin. February 25, 1905.[[S. 63](/us/bill/58/s/63).][[Private, No. 695](/us/pvtl/58/695).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Charles Stierlin, late Charles Stierlin.Granted honorable discharge.second lieutenant, Battery L, First Missouri Artillery, shall be considered and held to have been honorably discharged from the service of the United States March sixteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and an honorable discharge shall be issued to him of that date: *Proviso*.No pay, etc.*Provided*, That this Act shall not be construed to entitle him to any pay, compensation, or allowances.
