CHAP. 791.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lydia McCardell. February 24, 1905.[[H. R. 16961](/us/bill/58/hr/16961).][[Private, No. 690](/us/pvtl/58/690).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lydia McCardell.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lydia McCardell, widow of Wilfred C.
McCardell, late of Company I, First Regiment Maryland Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 24, 1905.
