CHAP. 781.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Martin T. Cross. February 24, 1905.[[S. 6351](/us/bill/58/s/6351).][[Private, No. 680](/us/pvtl/58/680).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Martin T. Cross.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martin T.
Cross, late of Company A, One hundred and forty-second Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and Forty-ninth Company, Second Battalion Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he he is now receiving. Approved, February 24, 1905.
