February 24, 1905.[[S. 5337](/us/bill/58/s/5337).][[Private, No. 679](/us/pvtl/58/679).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Jacob Lyon.Bounty-land warrant issued to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue to Jacob Lyon, late of Battery E, Second Regiment United States Artillery, a bounty-land warrant of one hundred and sixty acres by reason of his military service rendered prior to March third, eighteen hundred and fifty-five.
