CHAP. 776.— An Act For the relief of the Central Railroad Company of New Jersey. February 23, 1905.[[S. 5902](/us/bill/58/s/5902).][[Private, No. 678](/us/pvtl/58/678).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Central Railroad Company of New Jersey.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the Central Railroad Company of New Jersey the sum of seven hundred and nine dollars, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the same being the amount collected by mistake from the said Central Railroad Company of New Jersey by the deputy collector of the United States customs for the port of New York on March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and four, on account of an alleged violation of said railroad’s obligation as a carrier of unappraised merchandise under bond.
