CHAP. 771.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to R. Howard Wallace. February 23, 1905.[[H. R. 15768](/us/bill/58/hr/15768).][[Private, No. 673](/us/pvtl/58/673).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, R. Howard Wallace.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1871laws, the name of R.
Howard Wallace, late chaplain One hundred and sixty-eighth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 23, 1905.
