CHAP. 766.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Israel Purdy. February 23, 1905.[[H. R. 7378](/us/bill/58/hr/7378).][[Private, No. 668](/us/pvtl/58/668).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Israel Purdy.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Israel Purdy, late of United States ship Roanoke, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving under the provisions of the Act of June twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety.
