CHAP. 761.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jesse B. Nurse. March 22, 1904.[[S. 569](/us/bill/58/s/569).][[Private, No. 696](/us/pvtl/58/696).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jesse B. Nurse.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jesse B.
Nurse, late of Company C, Fifth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and Company A, Fourteenth Regiment Invalid Corps, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 22, 1904.
