CHAP. 754.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John R. Evans. March 22, 1904.[[S. 305](/us/bill/58/s/305).][[Private, No. 689](/us/pvtl/58/689).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John R. Evans.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1449 laws, the name of John R. Evans, late of Company B, First Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 22, 1904.
