CHAP. 752.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Frederick Baker. February 23, 1905.[[H. R. 4461](/us/bill/58/hr/4461).][[Private, No. 654](/us/pvtl/58/654).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Frederick Baker.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject tQ the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frederick Baker, late of Company C, Sixteenth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
