CHAP. 751.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Thomas C. Johnson. February 23, 1905.[[H. R. 3710](/us/bill/58/hr/3710).][[Private, No. 653](/us/pvtl/58/653).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Thomas C. Johnson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the lpension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Thomas C.
Johnson, late of Company C, Tenth Regiment, and Company C, Third Regiment, Missouri State Militia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 23, 1905.
