CHAP. 745.— An Act For the relief of M. L. Skidmore. February 23, 1905.[[S. 6733](/us/bill/58/s/6733).][[Private, No. 647](/us/pvtl/58/647).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the sum of one hundred M. L. Skidmore.Reimbursement.and four dollars and ninety-four cents be refunded to M. L. Skidmore, of Gaston County, North Carolina, by the United States Treasury, the same being for internal-revenue stamps purchased by him from the United States Government to cover taxes on two several packages of spirits, numbered one hundred and thirty-eight and one hundred and thirty-nine, produced in the month of May, eighteen hundred and ninety-six, by the said Skidmore, which stamps were lost in the mail and never received by him.
