CHAP. 745.— An Act Ratifying an act of the legislative assembly of the Territory of Oklahoma legalizing the waterworks bond election held by the city of Geary, in said Territory. March 22, 1904. [[S. 3658](/us/bill/58/s/3658).] [[Public, No. 61](/us/pl/58/61).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Oklahoma. Bond issue for waterworks by Geary, ratified. That the act of the legislative assembly of the Territory of Oklahoma, approved March fifth, nine-teen hundred and three, entitled “An act legalizing the waterworks bond election held by the city of Geary,” lie, and the same is hereby, ratified and confirmed; and the bonds to be issued in pursuance of said election are hereby legalized and made valid.
