CHAP. 742.— An Act Granting a pension to Alison Clifton. March 21, 1904.[[S. 4371](/us/bill/58/s/4371).][[Private, No. 682](/us/pvtl/58/682).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theAlison Clifton.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alison Clifton, late of Company C, Webster County, Missouri, Home Guards, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
