CHAP. 740.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary E. Nesmith. March 21, 1904.[[S. 4329](/us/bill/58/s/4329).][[Private, No. 680](/us/pvtl/58/680).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be,Mary E. Nesmith.Pension increased. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the 1447 name of Mary E.
Nesmith, widow of Arthur S. Nesmith, late first lieutenant and regimental quartermaster Third Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and captain and assistant quartermaster, United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 21, 1904.
