CHAP. 74.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Orin Plaisted. January 23, 1905.[[H. R. 3287](/us/bill/58/hr/3287).][[Private, No. 52](/us/pvtl/58/52).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Orin Plaisted.Pensionpension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Orin Plaisted, late of Second Battery, First Regiment Maine Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 23, 1905.
