CHAP. 738.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Rebecca Hankins. March 21, 1904.[[S. 4284](/us/bill/58/s/4284).][[Private, No. 678](/us/pvtl/58/678).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be,Rebecca Hankins.Pension increased. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rebecca Hankins, widow of Nimrod Hankins, late of Captains Steward and Hunter’s company, Tennessee Militia, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
