CHAP. 730.— An Act Granting a pension to Philip Lawotte. February 21, 1905.[[S. 5732](/us/bill/58/s/5732).][[Private, No. 644](/us/pvtl/58/644).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Philip Lawotte.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Philip Lawotte, late Indian scout, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 21, 1905.
