CHAP. 728.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Bessy Forsyth Bache. February 21, 1905.[[S. 4208](/us/bill/58/s/4208).][[Private, No. 642](/us/pvtl/58/642).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Bessy Forsyth Bache.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Bessy Forsyth Bache, widow of Dallas Bache, late colonel and Assistant Surgeon-General, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
