CHAP. 726.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary A. O’Brien. February 21, 1905.[[S. 3372](/us/bill/58/s/3372).][[Private, No. 640](/us/pvtl/58/640).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mary A. O’Brien.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary A. O’Brien, widow of Michael O’Brien, late of Company F, Twenty-first Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said Michael O’Brien until she reaches the age of sixteen years.
