CHAP. 721.— An Act For the relief of William B. Barnes. February 21, 1905.[[S. 54](/us/bill/58/s/54).][[Private, No. 635](/us/pvtl/58/635).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William B. Barnes.Honorable discharge granted. That William B. Barnes, late major, Eleventh Regiment New York Heavy Artillery, shall be considered and held to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States on September thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, and a certificate of such discharge shall be issued: *Proviso.*No pay, etc. *Provided*, That this Act shall not entitle the said Barnes to any pay, bounty, or allowances.
