CHAP. 717.— An Act To amend an Act to amend an Act to construct a bridge across the Missouri River at a point between Kansas City and Sibley, in Jackson County. March 19, 1904. [[H. R. 9053](/us/bill/58/hr/9053).] [[Public, No. 58](/us/pl/58/58).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Missouri River. Time extended for bridging between Kansas City and Sibley, Mo. Vol. 28, p. 45, amended. That section three of the Act entitled “An Act to amend an Act entitled ‘ An Act to authorize the construction of a bridge across the Missouri River at the most accessible point between the city of Kansas City and the town of Sibley, in the county of Jackson and State of Missouri,” approved March twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and ninety-four, be, and the same is hereby, so amended as to read as follows:
" “Sec. 3. That the construction of the bridge authorized to be constructedTime of construction. by the Act approved March third, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, herein before named and of which this Act is amendatory, shall begin within one year and be completed within three years from March twenty-ninth, nineteen hundred and four, and unless these conditions be complied with this Act and the Act of which it is amendatory shall be null and void,” " Sec. 2. That Congress reserves the right to change, alter, amend,Amendment. or revise this Act and the Acts of which it is amendatory at any time.
