CHAP. 710.— An Act Granting a pension to Jane Johns. February 20, 1905.[[S. 6550](/us/bill/58/s/6550).][[Private, No. 625](/us/pvtl/58/625).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Jane Johns.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jane Johns, widow of William W.
Johns, late of Captain Jernigan’s company, Florida Volunteers, Seminole Indian disturbance of eighteen hundred and forty-nine to eighteen hundred and fifty-two, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 20, 1905.
