CHAP. 702.— An Act Granting a pension to Cyrell Boutiette. February 20, 1905.[[S. 6438](/us/bill/58/s/6438).][[Private, No. 617](/us/pvtl/58/617).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Cyrell Boutiette.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Cyrell Boutiette, late scout and guide in the military service of the United States, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 20, 1905.
