CHAP. 697.— AN ACT Granting a pension to Ella D. Madden. March 16, 1904.[[H. R. 10700](/us/bill/58/hr/10700).][[Private, No. 643](/us/pvtl/58/643).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ella D. Madden. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ella D.
Madden, helpless and dependent daughter of Hosea F. Madden, late first lieutenant Company B, Tenth Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 16, 1904.
