CHAP. 694.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to Agnes Shearer. March 16, 1904.[[H. R. 10648](/us/bill/58/hr/10648).][[Private, No. 640](/us/pvtl/58/640).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theAgnes Shearer. Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Agnes Shearer, widow of John Shearer, late of Company I, Seventy-ninth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
