CHAP. 679.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to Frederick Halling. March 16, 1904.[[H. R. 9610](/us/bill/58/hr/9610).][[Private, No. 625](/us/pvtl/58/625).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Frederick Hailing. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frederick Hailing, late of Company A, One hundred and twenty-first Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and Third Company, Second Battalion Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
