CHAP. 670.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to La Fayette Smith. February 20, 1905.[[S. 5577](/us/bill/58/s/5577).][[Private, No. 585](/us/pvtl/58/585).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the La Fayette Smith.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of La Fayette Smith, late of Seventh Independent Battery Wisconsin Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
