CHAP. 668.— An Act Granting a pension to Bernard J. Boldermann. February 20, 1905.[[S. 5518](/us/bill/58/s/5518).][[Private, No. 583](/us/pvtl/58/583).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Bernard J. Boldermann.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Bernard J. Boldermann, late of Battery A, First Battalion California Volunteer Heavy Artillery, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, February 20, 1905.
