CHAP. 659.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to James Dougherty. March 16, 1904.[[H. R. 8811](/us/bill/58/hr/8811).][[Private, No. 605](/us/pvtl/58/605).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJames Dougherty. Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Dougherty, late of Company B, One hundred and eleventh Regiment, and Company D, Forty-eighth Regiment, Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
