CHAP. 652.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to Anna Waters. March 16, 1904.[[H. R. 8173](/us/bill/58/hr/8173).][[Private, No. 598](/us/pvtl/58/598).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Anna Waters. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the lension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Anna Waters, widow of George Waters, late of Captain Williams’s company of Tennessee Militia, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
