CHAP. 649.— An Act Granting a pension to Garetta L. Hodgkins. February 20, 1905.[[S. 4775](/us/bill/58/s/4775).][[Private, No. 564](/us/pvtl/58/564).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Garetta L. Hodgkins.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Garetta L. Hodgkins, widow of Samuel P. Hodgkins, late of Company H, Thirty-second Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 20, 1905.
