CHAP. 64.— An Act Granting a pension to Anna C. Owen. January 23, 1905.[[H. R. 15269](/us/bill/58/hr/15269).][[Private, No. 42](/us/pvtl/58/42).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Anna C. Owen.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1729laws, the name of Anna C. Owen, widow of Alfred D. Owen, late lieutenant-colonel Eightieth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, January 23, 1905.
