CHAP. 63.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Stephen Gascoigne. January 30, 1904.[[S. 744](/us/bill/58/s/744).][[Private, No. 52](/us/pvtl/58/52).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Stephen Gascoigne.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1307laws, the name of Stephen Gascoigne, late of Company E, First Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and Company B, Seventeenth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
