CHAP. 625.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Oakley. February 20, 1905.[[S. 3660](/us/bill/58/s/3660).][[Private, No. 540](/us/pvtl/58/540).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theMary Oakley.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Oakley, widow of Chauncey B.
Oakley, late captain Company E, Eighty-eighth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and lieutenant-colonel One hundred and forty-second Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 20, 1905.
