CHAP. 619.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to Ann Jennett Whitney. March 16, 1904.[[H. R. 5999](/us/bill/58/hr/5999).][[Private, No. 565](/us/pvtl/58/565).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ann Jennett Whitney. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1421laws, the name of Ann Jennett Whitney, widow of Leonard Whitney, late chaplain Eleventh Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
