CHAP. 613.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John Aylers. February 20, 1905.[[S. 2464](/us/bill/58/s/2464).][[Private, No. 528](/us/pvtl/58/528).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John Aylers.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Aylers, late of Company H, Eighteenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 20, 1905.
